Coffee Making Basics Course

Learn all the basic but key skills required to churn out the perfect cup of espresso-based coffee at LongPlay!

The course will cover:

• What is espresso? Different espresso based drinks.
• Puck prep, ratios and the importance of consistency when making espresso.
• An overview of the coffee machine, grinders and equipment we use to make coffee.
• How to dial in espresso.
• Other brewing methods (V60 / Cafetiere / Aeropress).
• Introduction to steaming milk & Latte art basics.
• 250g bag of speciality coffee beans to take home and practice with!
